1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
✔️ Product received is damaged
✔️ Wrong product delivered
✔️ Manufacturing defect
❌ Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or washed products
- Customized or altered products
- Products without original tags/packaging
2. Return Timeframe
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refund will be initiated.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed only for size issues (subject to stock availability).
- Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
6. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/wrong product), shipping cost will be covered by us.
- Otherwise, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
