Refund and Returns Policy

At Amolivastra, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

✔️ Product received is damaged
✔️ Wrong product delivered
✔️ Manufacturing defect

❌ Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or washed products
  • Customized or altered products
  • Products without original tags/packaging

2. Return Timeframe

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

2️⃣ Mention Order ID & reason for return
3️⃣ Attach clear photos/video of the product

Once approved, our team will guide you further.


4. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed only for size issues (subject to stock availability).
  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/wrong product), shipping cost will be covered by us.
  • Otherwise, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted / clearance sale items
  • Customized products
